There are a hundred cat teasers for a hundred kinds of cats. We don’t like feathers here, too fragile and edible. We don’t like small parts here, that can be broken and ingested, so this is our teaser of choice.
It’s solid and sturdy. We have to hide it when we are out because Cooper chews on it to the point the last two inches are stiff from cat spit! I don’t know what would happen if I left it alone with him and I don’t want to find out.
This product gets four paws up! Two from Cooper and two from River!
My hands are up and my kids play with it too! It is one of the few toys in the house the kids will use to play with the cats. River is distant and Cooper is crazy, which doesn’t really draw children, but add this teaser and the whole house has fun.
Me? I like that it is long. We’ve gotten many shorter ones in cat toy packs which work just as well for the cats, but it puts me far too close for comfort. I got scratched up pretty bad from cats that were not after me at all! Save your hands and distance the teaser from sensitive body parts. This does include your legs and feet. Make sure the teaser is far away from you!
**Action shots incoming. As soon as I can get the cats, the kids and the camera man on the same page, which is no easy feat!
